What to know before you order.
How long it takes
Your book doesn't exist until you order it. It gets typeset, printed, bound and trimmed one copy at a time, then posted to you. Our printer quotes around two to three weeks from order to doorstep. While you wait, a Storybook is included with your keepsake, yours to make in the app as soon as you've paid. We'll email you when it's printed and again when it ships, with tracking.
What you get
A 200 × 200 mm hardcover with the artwork wrapped right around the boards, so there's no dust jacket to lose. 52 pages on 170 gsm coated silk, matt laminated so small fingers don't leave marks. Your child's name is in the story, not stamped on afterwards.
Changing your mind
Because each book is personalised and made to order, we can cancel and refund in full any time before it goes to print. Email support@story-link.com.au and we'll sort it. Once it's printed we can't resell it to anyone, so change of mind refunds stop there. That doesn't touch your rights under Australian Consumer Law: if the book arrives damaged, misprinted or not what was ordered, you get it reprinted or refunded. Just send a photo.
Who you're buying from
StoryLink, a registered Australian business (ABN 48 372 445 638) in Queensland, not Apple and not the App Store. Payment is handled by Stripe in Australian dollars. StoryLink is registered for GST, so the price includes GST and a tax invoice is available on request. Full terms are on the terms page.
