Delete your account
Two ways to do it, both permanent. Everything your family made is removed.
In the app (fastest)
Sign in as a parent → Family → Delete my account. If you're the last parent in the family, this permanently deletes the whole family: parent and child profiles, AI storybooks, voice recordings, reading history and push tokens.
By email
Email support@story-link.com.au from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my StoryLink account". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What's deleted
- Parent and child profiles (including sign-in credentials)
- Your family's AI-created storybooks and their illustrations
- All voice recordings
- Reading history / dashboard data and device push tokens
The shared public library of StoryLink books is unaffected (it contains no personal data). Error diagnostics are stored against a pseudonymous account identifier rather than your name or email, and they are deleted along with your account.
